Once registered participants will be emailed our clinic "cheat sheet" which outline clinic content and give participants some early insight as to what will be covered.

Rider Classifications.

As space is limited we request no less than 24hrs notice of cancellation since we are not taking deposits we want to be able to offer your reserved spot to the next applicant available and in a timely manner.

Clinics will be postponed and rescheduled in the event of torrential downpours or some other issue that imposes conditions unsuitable or unsafe for teaching/learning new skills. We will hold clinics in the rain as rain is a part of riding and we use wet conditions to teach how to ride wet conditions. :-)

WHAT TO BRING: Yourself, your bike in good working order, your helmet, something to drink and a willingness to have some fun while learning.
HELMETS are mandatory for all participants.
Flat pedals without toe baskets are mandatory and shin and/or knee protection is recommended.
